No Return Policy
Due to the nature of grocery/perishable products, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.
Damaged Product Claims
Refund or replacement will only be considered if:
- Product is damaged during transportation
- Customer records a clear unboxing video while opening the sealed package
Important Conditions
- Video proof must clearly show unopened package and damaged item.
- Complaint must be raised immediately after delivery.
- Without unboxing video proof, no refund or replacement will be provided.
Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be given for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong order placed by customer
- Delay due to incorrect address or unavailable customer
- Claims without valid video proof
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
